How payment works

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT — you see the correct VAT for your country at checkout, before you confirm. Payments run through the secure checkout of Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle processes your payment, remits the VAT and issues your invoice.

On your card or bank statement the payment appears as "PADDLE.NET*".

Monthly billing carries a one-time setup fee; annual billing waives it. Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

Same plan, different bill. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months but get 12: RankPrima Voice is £390 a year instead of £468, and RankPrima AI £790 instead of £948. That is 2 months free. Prefer monthly? Then it is £39 or £79 a month, with nothing tying you down.

What happens after the free scan?

You instantly see where your business is found today and where it is invisible. Then it is your call: act on the result yourself, or let RankPrima close the gaps with one of the plans above. The scan commits you to nothing — the result is yours to keep.

How long until I see results?

The first improvements usually show within a few weeks: voice assistants and AI engines pick up changes step by step. Allow two to three months for the full effect. No guessing needed — your monthly report shows exactly what has already improved.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You know your business, the platform knows the tech. You answer a few questions — opening hours, services, what makes you different — and RankPrima tells you in plain language what is wrong and what to do about it. If you get stuck, we help you along.

Can I switch between Voice and AI?

Yes. Upgrading from Voice to AI works at any moment and kicks in straight away. Moving back to Voice works too, from your next billing period. Everything already built — your listings, your profiles — stays in place.

How does cancelling work?

No catches. A monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you like and runs until the end of the month you paid for. An annual plan runs until the end of the paid year, and we let you know well before it renews. No cancellation fee, no compulsory phone call — one email is enough.
